Early Bird Registration ends on 15th May. Regular Registration continues until June 30th. Late Registration is from July 1st to August 28th, followed by on-site registration during the conference.

We accept various payment methods including bank transfer, credit/debit cards, net banking, and UPI. International delegates can pay via wire transfer or international credit cards.

Registration includes access to all scientific sessions, conference materials, certificate of attendance, welcome reception, coffee/tea breaks, lunch during conference days, and the gala dinner.

Yes, you can modify your registration details up to 30 days before the conference. Please contact the conference secretariat for any changes.

Cancellations before 15th May will receive 75% refund. Between 16th May and 30th Jun, 50% refund will be provided. No refunds are available after 30th Jun.

Yes! Accommodation is complimentary for all registered participants.

Yes, on-site registration will be available at a higher rate, subject to availability. We strongly recommend pre-registration to secure your place and avoid higher fees.
